What do you do when you finally make it to your hotel destination? Go find a sushi restaurant to eat at of course. Well, Sushi Hana was walking distance from the CitizenM hotel Bowery NY and was recommended by the hotel. Good enough for me. The restaurant is easy to find with a large sign written in Hiragana and Kanji as well as English for those of us who don't read Japanese. The place isn't super large but is cozy with plenty of seating. Service and food here is top notch. I was greeted as I walked in and quickly shown to a table. The server was very attentive and the food was prepared very quickly. The prices here are extremely reasonable for NY and of good portion size too. The Chirashi Bowl ($23 as of this writing) was plentiful and filling. The grade of fish here is also fresh and very good for the price point. Overall, I was in and out of the restaurant in less than 40 min... yes, I eat fast. So if you're ever wandering outside Little Italy and get a craving for some good sushi that won't break the bank, I'd recommend making your way to Sushi Hana.

Delicious sushi and overall an amazing Japanese restaurant! I loved this place. The sushi was incredible. The fish was fresh, produce fresh, everything was fresh. The value is incredible for the food you are receiving.

Extremely good fish! Look at how thick my slices of yellowtail were! Extremely flavorful, fatty and the sushi rice was perfectly made and seasoned. Definitely coming back to this place for more!

Sushi was great and fresh and prices were good, we felt there we got a good value for our money which is pretty rare in the city We were a party of 6, ordered sushi and the katsu noodles and chicken we were very pleased with the meal and recommend this place :)

Love love love this place! My mom and I wanted sushi and found this place after going to three other places with no luck! I ended up getting the shrimp tempura bento box and it was to die for. I also got a lychee iced tea! Service was also very good. Get here!!!!!!

The food was great especially for the price. Again this is not a fancy omakase place but they have good, affordable sushi and sashimi. The fish was fresh and the rice was soft. The sushi & sashimi combo lunch special was good value and filling!

Absolutely amazing food for a good deal. Great tasting fried soft shell crab. And the sushi awe really good quality

Honestly the best sushi I had in NYC. The quality of material is extraordinary, the staff is amazing and the vibe is friendly and cozy. You also get a really good price-to-food ratio and can get full by not paying to much. I would recommend anyone in nyc to come here.
